To honor, aid and assist law enforcement officers and their families in times of crisis such as a fallen officer, maintain the bell county peace officer's memorial, provide scholarships to any local licensed peace officer, jailer or his/her child enrolled in college. We also extend the scholarship to employees of the bell county sheriff's department and/or their children enrolled in college.
