Bella bond foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2020 in hawaii to tackle the urgent housing crisis affecting vulnerable populations across the u.s. Our mission began with a focus on widows and orphans and has since expanded to include single mothers and families in need. We provide resources, opportunities, and empowerment to help individuals rebuild their lives and thrive. We believe housing is a human right. Thats why were pioneering the worlds first ai-driven green modular manufacturing plant in texasdesigned to produce sustainable, affordable homes at scale. Through this innovative approach, we not only address housing insecurity but create lasting impact by fostering resilience, restoring belonging, and empowering entire communities. Our vision is to spark a ripple effect of transformationstrengthening families, building communities, and creating a future of dignity, sustainability, and opportunity for generations to come.
Programs

Florida housing project - real estate evaluation, and administrative support tied to the acquisition of tsavo group inc., including 41 lots and one completed home in cape coral. The project will generate long-term revenue to support the bella bond foundations florida headquarters and to reinvest profits into affordable housing programs and services for underserved families and single mothers across florida.
Direct family support - emergency aid and program outreach provided to widows and women in transition in line with the foundations mission.
Kahalu'u nature sanctuary - in 2024, bella bond foundation supported early planning and design for the kahalu'u nature sanctuary, a conservation- based project honoring hawaiian cultural heritage. The initiative protects over 97% of a 6 million sq ft site and includes plans for eco-friendly infrastructure, native farming, and off-grid wellness spaces. Funds covered concept development and visual storytelling to guide future implementation. Village bella bond - community concept and site planning for a future transitional eco-village dedicated to providing affordable, sustainable homes. Includes design services and photorealistic renderings. Texas condominium housing project - in 2024, bella bond foundation funded architectural concept planning for a 200-unit condominium project in texas. Originally envisioned as student housing, the project was restructured in 2025 to allow greater flexibility in serving a broader population. The property is intended to provide future revenue or impact that will directly support the bella bond foundations mission, including housing, outreach, and reinvestment in community programs. Texas modular housing manufacturing plant - administrative support and early conceptual planning for a future high-speed modular home production facility in texas. This project supports the foundations goal of scaling affordable housing production across the u.s. Florida hotel project (cape coral) - bella bond foundation contributed to the early development of a hotel in partnership with milton hotel resort inc., including architectural design and business planning. In return, the foundation received two donated shares in the company. While milton hotel resort retains ownership and operates the hotel independently, bella bond foundation receives a share of the financial return from its support. These funds are used to advance the foundations charitable programs, including housing, widow and orphan support, and family assistance.
