Visiting nurse program allowing for the care and rehabilitation of patients in their own home environment. Total visits for the year 34,485 detailed as follows skilled nursing 17,205 home health aide 1,077, rehab 15,815, and social service 388. Hours of operation 7 days/week 8am-9pm with a nurse on call 24 hours.
Operate a substance abuse center providing the highest quality of patient care. Total patient days for the year 6,340. Program operates 24 hrs/day 365 days/year.
