The organization serves as a limited partner in three partnerships, all of which own and operate low-income housing. The organization also serves as the sole owner of one limited liability company and the managing member one limited liability company which serves as the general partner in two limited partnerships and co-member in two other limited liability companies all of which own and operate low-income housing.

The organization worked toward developing affordable housing throughout San Francisco, California.
