Local writers have their works about the local area for sale at the museum. Local photographers display their works, which can be purchased at the museum. Local merchants display posters and flyers which advertise events to be held at the museum, and local civic groups assist with holding events at the museum. The local newspapers and local television stations publicize displays and other events held at the museum.
