To develop, promote, foster and support the scholarship, education and brotherhood among the members of the north carolinas beta chapter of phi delta theta, or any other recipients deemed acceptable, through the development of grants, scholarships, facilities, property and all other activities necessary and incidental to promote the general educational, benevolent, and charitable work of the corporation.
