To receive by gifts, devises, and other means, money and property to be used exclusively for (a) capital improvements to existing physical facilities of beth el jacob synagogue of des moines, iowa, or (b) acquisition and development of future physical facilities of beth el jacob synagogue of des moines, iowa, or (c) for such additional purposes that are beneficial to the beth el jacob synagogue and to include in the discretion of the directors, educational plans and scholarships.
