Renovation of an old classroom block into a three room block that houses a computer lab, classroom and temporary admin offices. all these spaces were badly needed and very much in use.
Part lll, Line 4d: Other program services. Special projects included dormitory completion, rain water harvesting, apiary project, new fencing, and guest visitors.
