Bethel Housing Community Development Inc

Bethel housing community development, inc is a georgia not-for-profit corporation that wasorganized to construct, own and operate a 98 unit apartment community in albany, georgia, known as bethel housing complex, pursuant to section 236 of the national housing act, as amended. The corporation has executed a regulatory agreement with hud which governs the operation of the project with the federal housing administration section of hud. The corporation has also entered into a housing assistance payment contract with hud.
