Bethel Road Homes Incorporated

Bethel road homes, inc. (the organization"), hud project no. 034-eh383 (the "project") was formed as a pennsylvania nonprofit corporation on december 15, 1988. The project, which is located in delaware county, consists of three houses (nine units) and provides housing for disabled persons. The project is operated under section 811 of the national housing act. Such projects are regulated by the us department of housing and urban development (hud) as to rent charges and operating methods. The organization receives a material portion of its revenue from the federal government under a hud section 8 rent subsidy program. This program provides for direct rent subsidy payments to the organization on behalf of certain tenants who qualify under the program's rules. The organization is part of a controlled group, which issues consolidated financial statements and includes the organization and children and adult disability and educational services.
