Dues and assessments are charged to the association's members to credential and recredential medical and nonmedical health-care personnel. Additionally, to provide medical education seminars and lectures.to promote and improve employment and business conditions within the hospital. All of the aforementioned activities are designed to the tax-exempt purpose of the organization.
