Mb0212y20: snowmen run - snowmen secretariat officeobjective:(i) to utilize the funds for the snowman run which was delayed due to pandemic for the last two years.(ii) to successfully conduct the inaugration of the snowman race,an ultra-marathon in october 2022.(iii) to create awareness about climate change and its effects on the himalayan region and the snowman race.
