Mission
The mission of bidwell training center (btc) is to change lives by providing career training and academic enrichment opportunities to adults who are unemployed, underemployed, or in transition in southwestern pennsylvania.
Programs

Culinary arts - the culinary arts program delivered career training to 34 students in 2023-24.
Student services - a total of 30 students received academic training services through the school's student services programs during 2023-24. These students received assessment testing, one-on-one tutoring, instruction in reading, math, writing, vocabulary, spelling, and counseling. Btc's student services program also served btc students through aid with food insecurity, housing assistance, and transportation assistance.
Other training programs: the chemical laboratory technician program delivered career training to 12 students during the program year. Btc's horticulture technology program enrolled 40 students during 2023-24.
