Big Dreams Foundation

The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time (the "Code"). The primary purpose of the Corporation is to nourish and strengthen the Hawaii community by generating and redistributing energy and resources to empower Hawaii-based community projects in the State of Hawaii, all in accordance with the requirements under section 501(c)(3) of the Code (the "Primary Purpose").
