Big River Park Conservancy

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code (or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law) to celebrate the mississippi river and ints surrounding landscape by creating a park conervancy open to the public that fosters a deeper appreciation of the significance and grandeur of the mississippi river.
