To provide assistance through scholarships, grants and other educational related expenses to families in jefferson county, kentucky and surrounding counties whose lives have been affected by a terminal illness or disability, and particularly whose need arose from losing a parent or guardian early in life. The organization also provides grants and financial assistance to organizations involved in families affected by terminial illnesses and disability those involved in various research, bone marrow matching programs and to other 501c(3) organizations.
