To improve healthcare in resource-poor communities and improve cancer care worldwide by educating healthcare providers and community memebers, advocating for better access to care, and innovating program models and services that promote equitable access to healthcare.

Global oncology program: supports various global oncology programs. Since 2018, the foundation has supported the establishment and operation of a 25 bed cancer hospital in janakpur nepal, where over 6 million people did not have access to cancer care. The organization is developing an electronic health record, tailored to the needs of south asian countries.
Other programs include: a peer-reviewed oncology journal, the international journal of cancer care and delivery (ijccd). Host of multiple internship programs to provide learning opportunities for college graduates who are interested in a career in healthcare provider education, public health, or a health disparities related field.host of "the cancer news" which is an authoritative resource for everything about cancer.
