BVGH develops market assessment and entry reports for the private sector to inform short and long-term investments and decision making. Market reports include: economic and country stability and risk assessment; country SWOT analysis; market and growth potential; regulatory and payor systems analysis; innovative financing opportunities; stakeholder mapping; and more. Other programs include: laboratory and medtech systems placement, delivery, and training.

BVGH Infectious Disease Programs (Global Innovation Alliance (GIA) and Global Innovation Alliance Network of Trial Sites (GIANTS)): BVGH catalyzes and manages global cross-organization, cross-sector collaborations to advance research and development (R&D) targeting infectious diseases with high burdens in LMICs. Through the Global Innovation Alliance (GIA), BVGH: 1.) builds and manages R&D collaborations between LMIC scientists and global partners; 2.) assesses, promotes, and fosters clinical trial capacity and inclusion in LMICs; 3.) elevates scientific expertise in LMICs through tailored capacity building programs; and 4.) evaluates and communicates program outcomes and impacts to broad and targeted global audiences. The programs strengthen laboratory capacity, support technology transfer, and advance co-developed R&D initiatives for vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics. By integrating country-level health system knowledge with real-world implementation data, BVGH helps partners accelerate innovation and prepare for feasible adoption pathways. This work contributes to more resilient infectious disease response systems and informed policy decision-making.
