In fiscal year 2025, birmingham corps continued to grow its workforce development model by delivering career workshops, one-on-one coaching, and pathway-based job placement services for local residents. The organization supported job seekers in navigating barriers to employment and partnered with community-based employers to expand access to quality jobs. These efforts helped residents build skills, secure meaningful employment, and strengthen birmingham's workforce pipeline, even during a year without federal americorps funding.
