To foster a life-long enjoyment for the game of lacrosse for youth boys and girls, residing in the Bismarck-Mandan area by promoting and developing, through participating in the sport of lacrosse, the knowledge of the rules, skills of lacrosse, and the qualities of sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for coaches, officials, and players.
