The Board of Directors will affirm their approval of the Form 990 for the filing after thier review has completed.The Compensation of the executive Director is reviewed annually by the Board based on market data and approved after the Board evaluates the salary levels are commensurate with prevailing market rates for similar levels in similar sized NFP organizations.
