The organization is to improve and advance the lives of black and brown children through education and advocacy throughout ohio.

Pn3 - to develop, implement, and monitor strategies that advance opportunity, remove systemic barriers, and promote positive outcomes for all ohio's children and families.
General program - provision of quarterly tabletalks (creation of safe space for fathers to connect, learn and share regarding relationships, parenting, and more throughout ohio. Provision of specialized events in child advocacy, distribution of culturally relevant books, trainings, and listening sessions impacting 1500 plus individuals statewide.
Other programs: training, home grown latino project, the lead project, scholarships.
