Black hills sports, inc. (bhsi) operates a baseball field (fitzgerald stadium) under an agreement with the city of rapid city. The current agreement expires november 1, 2031 and requires an annual lease payment of 1. Bhsi is responsible for maintenance and care of the general grounds and administration of a youth baseball program open to the citizens of the city.
