Black Rock Community Council Inc

The black rock community council's (also known as brcc) mission is to promote projects in the community that will enhance the quality of life of black rock's residents and businesses. The brcc has an established track record of creating and managing programs and projects both small and large in scope over the last thirty years. These programs and projects are all funded by the various fundraising events that are held and by the annual membership fees the council collects.
