Blackstone Parks Conservancy

To promote and maintain public open spaces in the areas in proximity to the seeking river, specifically including Blackstone Park and the open space which divides Blackstone Boulevard; and to carry on any other activity that may be lawfully carried on by a corporation formed under the Rhode Island Nonprofit Corporation act as may be in effect from time to time.
