Client services - a total of 355 households received financial intervention and family care coordination. Staff spend 3,733 hours working with families to qualify them for financial assistance, reviewing household budgets, and educating and assisting clients in accessing other resources.

Other critical needs - financial assistance provided for critical needs such as, but not limited to medical, transportation, utilities, and insurance. New programs were launched, offering childcare assistance and downpayment assistance. Over 50 households received rapid intervention for critical expenses that could not be addressed by other means. Staff worked with four families that were greatly burdened by childcare costs to allow them to enter the workforce or maintain their current jobs. Two families were able to purchase their first home through downpayment assistance.
