Mission
Our mission is to increase awareness and access to the financial planning industry for systemically excluded communities and create opportunities, resources, scholarships, and a community for aspiring financial planners. Our internship program provides an entry point to the profession for the blank and latinx individuals. It also provides a talent pipeline to financial planning firms who want more diverse team members.

Since the program started, 70 firms hosted 100 interns and almost half of the interns were offered full-time or part-time positions at the conclusion of their internship. We also hosted the second year of our sie exam prep course and gave away a total of 180 scholarships
