The bleeding disorders association of northeastern new york (bdaneny) is a not for profit (501 (c) (3)) organization, incorporated in 1968, dedicated to serving and supporting the needs of those impacted by bleeding disorders throughout a 22 county area in northeastern new york. The association offers educational programming, community outreach and advocacy for the bleeding disorder community.

The bdaneny continually collaborates with hemophilia treatment centers, other agencies, medical professionals and other chapters to provide programs and services unique to those with bleeding disorders to best meet their needs.

Expenses: $3K

The bdaneny offers scholarships to high school and college aged students to encourage their continued education. The association offers emergency assistance to members of our community. As part of our mission we help fund research because while there are treatments for bleeding disorders there is no cure.
