Mission
To equip future leaders through education by partnering with individuals non-profit organizations NGOs non-governmental organizations and churches for holistic societal transformation to empowering them to fulfill their God-given life purpose.
Programs

Building Program - Funded the refurbishment of the Southern Classroom Administration building and the refurbishment of the Eastern Classroom building. These projects included replacing the old roofs with new metal roofs supported on columns added guttering to collect rainwater and distribute away from buildings added windows and doors in existing openings plastered walls cemented floors added veranda overhangs and walkways to protect building structures etc.
Post MJS Student Sponsorship - Through sponsorships by individual donors and scholarships from Blessings of Joy provided funding for 44 High School Trade School and University students that included tuition boarding school supplies and special needs such as bedding medical needs school tours calculators etc.
Nutrition and Health: Provide lunches of fortified porrage to all Mweruka Junior School students and staff Monday through Thursday and a main meal of sardines potatoes and fruit on Fridays when school is in session. Also provide deworming medication and vitamins twice per year.
Shoes and Socks: A worm called jiggers infest the soil. They can enter the soles of bare feet and cause infections that make it difficult and painful to walk. This program insures that every student at Mweruka Junior School has a pair of shoes and socks to wear to and from school to protect their feet.
MJS Student Sponsorships: Through sponsorships by individual donors and the Blessings of Joy Board provided funding for 77 Mweruka Junior School MJS students that included tuition uniforms shoes and socks daily meals school supplies periodic sacks of corn meal blocks of soap toothpaste vaseline shoe polish and some medical care plus other special needs. They also receive birthday gifts.
Gospel Outreach Donor Restricted expenses for funding 2 Gospel Outreach meetings in local villages that included transportation and meals for personnel PA system rental etc.
Tuition Assistance: To encourage Mweruka Junior School MJS Administrator to collect as much of the $2 per month per student as possible from unsponsored students instead of total reliance on Blessings of Joy Inc. USA for funding Blessings of Joy Inc. matches dollar for dollar tuition collected up to a total maximum of $1,200 per trimester.
