Blick Enterprise Inc

The organization is specially formed as a supporting organization under irc 509(a)(3) to the blick clinic inc., dba the blick center, which is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organziation (blick ctr). As a 509(a)(3) supporting organization, the organization will further its exempt purposes by contributing assets to the blick ctr as determined, from time to time, by the organization's directors.
