The midland ice cream social employed 9 associates who worked at 23 community events, giving them access to an independent source of income, employment skills & experience as well as community experiences and interpersonal engagement with citizens to advance inclusive experiences.

The community house creations enterprise creates customized opportunities for engagement with individual citizens, businesses and organizations focused on exploring interests, embracing interpersonal experiences and building win-win partnerships. In 2024 two small businesses were official partners, providing skill building in screen printing and sorting and packaging of materials.
