The mission of blue jacket, inc. Is to provide education, training and opportunities to any disadvantaged person who is striving to earn a second chance at gainful employment. The clothing company, renew thrift store, and tall rabbit cafe are retail locations staffed by former career academy graduates. The fantasy of lights holiday light shows are also staffed by former career academy graduates, providing temporary employment opportunities. The retail locations and fantasy of lights events align closely with the organization's mission by providing vocational training for career academy graduates. The clothing store also provides business professional clothing to career academy clients at no cost. In 2024, 12 graduates were employed at the clothing company, 13 were employed at renew thrift store, 5 were employed at tall rabbit cafe, and 20 were employed at fantasy of lights.
