The foundation provided salary reimbursements in the amount of $277,329 to the college in support of an agriculture admissions advisor, the emergency medical services faculty, high school career coaches, nursing faculty and healthcare-related workforce certificate programs.
Other program services totaling $335,644 included the following funding: - updates and technology upgrades to aging lecture hall - upgrades to veterinary technology kennel space, including sound baffling - emergency financial assistance for students in need - production of emergency preparedness training videos for students and employees - funded a strategic innovation grant in support of english language learners (ell) enrolled in healthcare-related workforce certification courses - underwrote 10 instructional mini-grants to enhance faculty effectiveness in the classroom - repaired the lift in the automotive lab - updated promotional wrap on the commercial driving / heavy equipment operation simulation trailer
