To provide relief to those in poverty by providing support to the low- income population in the area served through the means of the administration of community action programs and assistance

Housing services - provides home ownership, down payment assistance, and transitional housing for those who are income eligible, including housing rehabilitation and rental assistance. Approximately 461 individuals served.

Community services - low income clients are provided assistance with homeless prevention, education, employment, family development, food pantry and mobile food distributions. Approximately 3,004 individuals served.

Weatherization services - services are provided to reduce energy bills and make homes more energy efficient to reduce energy burden on low income households. Approximately 83 homes weatherized. Transportation services - community based transportation system designed to meet the needs of residents who do not have regular access to transportation. Approximately 219 individuals served. Aging services - program provides volunteer opportunities for seniors to mentor and support children in their community. Approximately 587 individuals served. Youth services - program provides life skills, civic engagement and leadership opportunities to eligible youth ages 8 through 25 in an effort to support a successful transition into adulthood. Approximately 22 individuals served. Health services - supplemental nutrition & education program that provides referrals, vaccinations and nutritious free foods to income eligible individuals and children to promote overall health and well-being. Approximately 1,696 individuals served. Emergency services - provides basic needs such as food, shelter, housing, rent, and utility payment assistance for households that are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness. Approximately 719 individuals served.
