Blueprint Investment Fund

Blueprint Investment Fund is a community housing development organization committed to developing and providing quality, affordable rental housing for low-income families within the Greater New Orleans area. In accordance with our mission, Blueprint restricts its rental housing units to households whose income is at or below 50% of the New Orleans area median income, and the tenant's cash outlay should not exceed 40% of the family's annual household income.
