Bnai Jacob Cemetery Association

"The primary exempt purpose of the B'nai Jacob Cemetery Association, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, is the operation of a cemetery for the burial of: a) members of Congregation B'nai Jacob of the Jewish faith (free of charge); b) those members of the Congregation who are not Jewish but are part of a Jewish family (free of charge); and c) extended family members of congregants as well as non-members (who are charged for the burial plot). In addition, all those buried in the cemetery are charged a one-time perpetual care fee for the ongoing maintenance and preservation of their burial plot and the surrounding cemetery property."
