Education - the museum's education programs provide visitors with opportunities to have meaningful experiences with original works of art. Lectures, tours, classes, camps, outreach, catalogues, interpretive text panels, audio tours, handouts, in-gallery materials, videos and teacher education enhance exhibitions and meet the learning needs of people of all ages and abilities.

The museum has a growing collection of more than 4,250 art objects comprised of modern and contemporary american art including artists from idaho and the northwest, as well as asian and african art.
