The mission of the boomer esiason foundation is to heighten awareness, education and the quality of life for those affected by cystic fibrosis while providing financial support to research aimed at finding a cure.

A program designed to help families manage the financial burden of cystic fibrosis which includes the following initiatives: merit-based scholarships for cystic fibrosis community members pursuing higher education; financial hardship assistance offering temporary support during critical times, such as natural disasters, organ transplants, job loss, or medical emergencies; and an in vitro fertilization initiative providing financial resources for adults with cystic fibrosis facing challenges in building their families.
