Boomer Esiason Foundation

A program designed to help families manage the financial burden of cystic fibrosis which includes the following initiatives: merit-based scholarships for cystic fibrosis community members pursuing higher education; financial hardship assistance offering temporary support during critical times, such as natural disasters, organ transplants, job loss, or medical emergencies; and an in vitro fertilization initiative providing financial resources for adults with cystic fibrosis facing challenges in building their families.

A program that encourages people with cystic fibrosis to lead active, healthy lifestyles through various athletic events, highlighting the benefits of exercise and engaging participants in physical activity. It also features ncaa athletes living with cystic fibrosis, sharing their journeys of balancing cystic fibrosis care with higher education while competing at the highest level in collegiate sports, inspiring others to pursue both fitness and academic success.
