In home health services - to provide aides, cna's and nurses to clients in their homes to assist with homemaker services, personal care, advanced personal care, nurse visits and respite.

Veterans program - to provide independent living supports with focus on personal care directed by the veteran to achieve all goals for independence and be able to exercise his or her right to choose where and how he/she lives by removing any barriers to independence.

Provides transportation at a nominal cost to consumers with disabilities.
