Provide facilities, reading materials, knowledgebase, and services to allow anyone to engage in the studying, worshipping, meditating, practicing, researching, lecturing, and volunteering of religions, and philosophies, including but not limited to Tien-Tao, Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucism.
