Bpjcc provided specialized case management, information, and services tailored to holocaust survivors and senior citizens, addressing their unique needs with compassion and cultural sensitivity. Using funds from the nyc department for the aging (dfta) and the new york state office for the aging (nysofa), bpjcc delivered kosher home-delivered meals to holocaust survivors, ensuring nutritional support for those with limited mobility. Bpjcc also offered transportation services to facilitate access to medical appointments, social activities, and community resources. Additionally, the organization assisted seniors with benefit applications (scrie/drie, medicaid spend-downs) and provided crisis intervention, enhancing their quality of life. These services have supported thousands of elderly residents, including holocaust survivors, by promoting independence and dignity, reinforcing bpjcc's role as a vital community lifeline.

During the covid-19 pandemic, bpjcc played a pivotal role in providing health education and resources to the boro park community, addressing the heightened vulnerabilities of its dense population. The organization disseminated multilingual critical, culturally appropriate information on virus prevention, testing, and vaccination access, while facilitating resources like ppe distribution to mitigate pandemic-related hardships. These efforts, supported by funding from the fund for public health in new york (fphny), helped reduce health disparities and supported community resilience, serving thousands through timely interventions and reinforcing bpjcc's commitment to public health and community welfare.

All other services include but aren't limited to immigration - assisting clients in receiving and or maintaining their immigration status, ex lawful permanent residence, us citizenship, green card, etc. The funding source for this program is hra ioi.
