Personal care attendant services - to act as the programmatic conduit between government agencies, health plans, and consumers requiring attendants to provide physical assistance with activities of daily living and homemaking tasks.

Adrc - the boston aging disability resource consortium is a collaboration between bcil and three aging service access point programs and the boston age strong commission to provide coordinated services to elders and people with disabilities. Our primary effort is to provide options counseling to people in or at risk of going in a nursing home so they can live in the community. Bcil coordinates services for the adrc.
