Connecting Activities Program - Engaged employers in partnership with Boston high schools to offer jobs internships and career exploration activities for high school students. Provided work readiness training and career exploration for thousands of Boston public high school students. Maintained and continually updated a state-required database.

Boston Public Schools - Collaborative Program - Provided work readiness training and career exploration for thousands of Boston public high school students; engaged employers in partnership with Boston high schools; and provided re-engagement services for students who have dropped out of school or stopped attending regularly. Provided student wages for internships and stipends for other career development activities. Collaborated with the Boston Public Schools on graduate studies and follow-up surveys.
