The organization raised funds for an ambulance for the askar refugee camp. Previously askar camp did not have an ambulance and transported injured and ailing residents to the hospital by private vehicle. Sometimes the trip took over an hour during heavy traffic periods. Too many residents of askar camp did not survive the ride due to no medical equipment or trained staff on board. Additionally, it is not uncommon for the occupying military to obstruct askar camp residents access to hospitals by closing checkpoints or blocking the main road and preventing palestinians from using it. Ambulances have a far greater chance to get through these barriers than private vehicles, although even ambulances are often barred from transporting injured palestinians to hospitals.

The organization was a fiscal sponsor for two projects: climbers for palestine and hakini. Both projects supported the humanitarian efforts for palestinians.
