The construction and maintenance of pipelines, wells, reservoirs, ponds, check dams, pumping installations or other facilities for the storage, transportation, and provision of water to livestock. Provide such facilities and services by contract or otherwise for the mutual benefit of the members of the corporation as shall be necessary or desirable. Levy such assessments on members of the corporation as shall be necessary in order to perform its duties and obligations and to take such action as shall be necessary to enforce the collection thereof.
