Business development: business before and business after hours events, business council, business expro event, governmental affairs, chamber ambassadors, chamber day at the county fair, small business basics seminars, collaboration with sbdc and score, business briefing and brew (bb&b) meetings, lunch & learn series, legislative updates/forums, annual and mid-year meetings.

Member services: group health insurance program, workers' comp group rating program, new investor breakfast, weekly email "monday reminders", quarterly newsletters. Available to all 480+ chamber investors, with emails to 25,500.

Community services: annual holiday parade, fourth of july fireworks and concert, various awards (i love bg, male and female citizens of the year, athena award, zeus award), state of the city address, state of the county address, legislative updates, local radio program, bg/bgsu welcome event, community collaboration day. Approximately 6050 participants at 50 meetings.
