The Corporation is organized for the purpose of coordinating efforts of volunteer craftspeople and donors of craft materials to provide support and raise funds for animal shelters, rescue organizations, and similar not-for-profit entities. For the avoidance of doubt, the Corporation is not organized for the prevention of cruelty to animals and shall not engage in direct animal care. Subject to the limitations set forth herein, the corporation may conduct any or all lawful affairs for which corporations may be organized under the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law as a charitable corporation or as a non-charitable corporation.
