To inspire and enable all youth of the big island, island of hawaii, to become productive and responsible citizens through quality programs that are held in a safe and caring environment.

Alcohol and drug abuse division (adad), youth prevention program positive action. Instilling healthy choices and lifestyles that lead to preventing substance abuse. Positive action is an evidence-based, integrated and coherent program is a comprehensive prek-12 curriculum delivered through toolkits complete with manuals. Reducing problem behaviors like substance abuse and bullying. Improving academics, behaviour, social and emotional learning, and mental and physical health as well as school climate.
