The foundation's mission is to provide grants to qualifying organizations in the central virginia area that serve the educational needs of disadvantaged children and youth from low-income backgrounds through educational programming. Funded programs promote the on-time graduation and healthy lifestyles of children and youth from primarily low-income families and enable them to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.
