Boys & Girls Clubs Of North Central Illinois Inc

The organization operated school-day and summer enrichment programs in partnership with school district u-46 and other educational institutions. The rigor schools initiative supported academic recovery and social- emotional learning during school hours. The summer enrichment program provided engaging summer learning experiences focused on reducing summer learning loss. The programs served students from diverse backgrounds and addressed learning gaps caused by the pandemic. Combined, these programs reached over 5,000 youth during the fiscal year.

The club administered youth intervention and community safety programs aimed at violence prevention and youth empowerment. These initiatives, supported by state funding such as rpsa reimagine youth services, cure, violence prevention, and arp/sel community impact, provided mentoring, conflict resolution, and life-skills programming. These efforts targeted at-risk youth and focused on reducing community violence, improving youth safety, and supporting positive life choices.
